Cacapon Mountain 12.01.2011

This pond (which is near the start of the White Trail) has always had a large plastic pipe in it. I was able to pull it out and loop it into some thorn bushes, so for the first time ever here is the White Trail frog pond with no plastic pipe in it.

Look at those Mountain Laurels roaming free. Anyone who would cage one, is not very good.

There are plenty of mountain laurels up there with all their leaves stripped off, A.K.

Take a look at this one, with just one branch that was too high for Bambi to reach.

Makes one want to become a Druid.

Apparently mountain laurel leaves are REALLY TASTY.

either that, or you've misidentified standard cannabis, and Bambi is a stoner.

I love the fork in the road picture. That one is my favourite. You're so lucky that you get to take these lovely walks!! :)

Thanks, Laura.

That one is particularly orbalicious.

If you click on it to see the bigger version, note the green orbs between the two trees in the middle.

I see the green orbs. Are they unripe or more than usual malevolent?
