The woods sometimes look the same everywhere. The Adirondacks are heavily forested and I recall that when I see pics like yours.
I was going to say "Nice woodpecker," but... I hardly know you.
The Adirondacks are not so different than Berkeley Springs.
What did the cat do when you cooed at him/her?
I am unable to clearly discern that kitteh, so smudgey sketch will not be forthcoming.
Kitty was as flighty when I opened the door (photo is from just outside the daylight basement) as the shyest woodpecker.
Well-groomed, though. I'm guessing some visitor for the day/week.

Cotton candy sky!!!
Once again, left foot tag forgotten.
Thunder breaks the fourth wall!
Today's filthbottery will be brought you by vacuumslayer
The trees one is my favorite. Those colors are marvi-poo.
NO, NO. Orb-Cat. Orb Cat is pretty freakin' awesome.
Did orb cat have missing teeth and a shot gun? Did he tell you that someone shot his paw? (I know that I'm nowhere near as funny as I think that I am-don't worry!)
Now about these beige pants thunder.... sigh.
((Hugs))

@vs~ Love the filthbot!!! :D
I know that I'm nowhere near as funny as I think that I am
I need to get some more sleep. That made zero sense!
That's the satanickest cat ever, what's your secret, warlock?
In the bottom photo, which one of the three is in the posse?
I've been accepted by the pack, zrm.

Goin' all meta on us there, Thunder?
Next, you'll need a pic of the camera takin' a pic of the camera. Then another of the camera... etc. Infinite regress just down the slippery slope.
That cat is there for your soul, Dude. Be wary.
Nicens dawgs. & I ain't talkin' 'bout the New Balance neither.
Thudner is part of the Puppy Posse.
Heh.
Is this woodpecker's belly in the back of its head?
Is this woodpecker's belly in the back of its head?
To know that, ITTDGY would have to look inside its head, right up front to the back of its skull.
nicely played, Smut Dharma.
It's funny that they're called Red-bellied Woodpeckers when that bright red Mohawk is their most prominent feature.
But there you have it.

That cat just told me to walk backwards to Starbucks and then dye my hair green.
I feel strangely compelled to do as it says.
And then take a picture and put it on your blog, purred the cat.

E-ville cat master.
You vill do vhat I say, and you vill do it now!
How is that different from regular cats, Jennifer?
I am having myself a red wine spritzer. Dammit, I will PRETEND it is warm out!
I can't believe how close they get to you while you're not using a blind.
Thunder, the bird whisperer!
Nice lonk to the Cornell Lab site, what with the recordings of bird calls - my cat and I approve!
B^4, the camera shutter is being clicked from inside the house. Really!
If you recall, I had the camo setup near the feeder, but I still 1) would have to sit out in the cold forever, and 2) wouldn't get decent pics of the shyer birds.
I got the remote shutter as a present for Christmas, and it turns out I've had that bogen 3001 tripod for a long time (but never used it until now).

Black Metal Sunset.
"You guys might not know this, but I consider myself a bit of a loner. I tend to think of myself as a one-man wolf pack. But when my sister brought Doug home, I knew he was one of my own. And my wolf pack... it grew by one. So there... there were two of us in the wolf pack... I was alone first in the pack, and then Doug joined in later. And six months ago, when Doug introduced me to you guys, I thought, "Wait a second, could it be?" And now I know for sure, I just added two more guys to my wolf pack."
LOL @ Kathleen.
I guess that's why they call it sin city. Ha ha ha.
