Honk If You Love Geese-us

The specific epithet canadensis is a New Latin word meaning "from Canada".

Other Beesness:

When there's a thunderstorm in the mountains, the sound rolls and rolls along. I'd tried to capture it here, but the G12 mostly just picked up the sound of the rain.

Finally, this just in from the BBC:

UPDATE: Carmi's blog featured Thematic Photographic 189 - Branded this week. Generally, my pictures don't involve any brands (because, you know). However, someone (Jim, himself, perhaps?) parked this Jaguar on the dirt road near the house this weekend. Normally, no one parks on the road, and this car stuck out. So I took the picture, and voila!, I have my entry.

Holy shit. Fairy Penguins. What an amazing video. Let's see your geese do THAT! Oh yeah? Well let's see them do it while inspiring music swells.

Flying penguins? I sure hope this inspires a second golden age of nature revenge flicks.

Glad Carmi held the door open. That storm capture was lovely, and I'd not seen the BBC April Fool video. Thank you!

P.S. Full Circularity.

Early pressings of the album include the phrase "The faster we go, the rounder we get" inscribed on the vinyl in the matrix around the label area.
