Somewhat Downtown is a nice-looking building.

I think I will try out the name Hardly Cat for one of ours.

It's no Whack, but I like it.

More cats, zrm?

And yet so few pics...*ponder*.

thunder is ponderous.

ZRM is stressed, tired, drunk and goofy.

Three more and I fill out a Disney pic!

No thanks, I had a big lunch.

True, the orbs have been hiding.

Lately.

Cats? I didn't see a one! Did spot trees and our flag! Your photo for Carmi's TP very nice...but best of all thanks for the video....and the downtown sights!

That's what the cats WANT you to think, Karen.

How is it that there are no peoples in the iftheponderdon'tgetya photos? What has he done with all the peoples? Quick look in his freezer.

My God it's full of starfish!

LOL, A.K.

That's downtown on a Sunday morning for you. Just closed government and office buildings, all the retail has gone to the suburbs.

That is a result of the long exposures required for this new-fangled Daguerrotype technology.

Those are some curvy buildings.

A Daguerrot is a type of parrot, innit? Do they draw pictures or something? While talking about "Who let that cat in here" and such? Clever little buggers.

Damnit, mikey got there first with the obligatory Youtuber.

I definitely prefer the older architecture. And holy cats, I haven't heard that song in ages. Nice choice to go along with the great shots.

There's something depressing about these photos? Is it just the grey day...the lack of people? That time of the month?

Jim H. said...

Is that downtown Columbus? I've never had the privilege—until now, that is. Thanks.

Then, of course, there's this.

ifthethunderdontgetya™³²®© said...

That is it, Jim H.

And mikey beat you and S.C. to that one...I suppose I should have stuck in on the end as an update.

Pondering next post: pics or poly-ticks...

Columbus looks like a lovely place: just the kind of downtown I'd love to walk around in and capture on a memory card.

I especially love the diversity of architecture, where old meets new. Cool that they seem to coexist so nicely.
