Yes, it's still spring, and I've got all kinds of pictures lying around. So many that the neighbor kitties and orbs will have to wait for another post.
Carmi's blog featured Thematic Photographic 191 - Single people this week. Here's someone downtown amid the government buildings.

My bleeding heart is massive and must be divided before it takes over my yard.
Lovely photos!
Thanks, Jennifer.
I was thinking that Bleeding Heart might work around the house in W.V., being a shade tolerant plant that likes moisture?

You be careful or I will post pictures of butterflies.
Is the bleeding heart edible? I picked up some packages of beef heart on sale for 94 cents a pound. I stir fried some with broccoli, onion, garlic, and tofu and tossed it with soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, sriracha, and rice vermicelli.
I first read this on my phone. Now that I'm on the computer, I can LOL at the Saying Yes to Dogwoods. :)
I would imagine that the bleeding heart would love your area in WV. Although people talk of them as being a little bit finicky, they're basically weeds... beautiful weeds. I just wish the flowers lasted longer. In my memories, my grandmother's garden had them all spring/summer, but I know better.
B^4- I just noticed your comment. No, they're not edible. No garnishing the heart with bleeding hearts. :)
Since HOODIES, like GRAFFITI and JAYWALKING, KILL, I'm impressed you were able to publish this before expiring in a pool of your own blood.
And CIGARETTES, R.G.

Have I told you before that you live in such a lovely area? amazing things that you have growing around you. I just posted some down town photos that looks very much like your home town!
Downtown here does look sort of like that, Karen.
Certainly, it's nice during spring!

That last shot stopped me dead in my tracks. What a powerful composition!
New theme's up. Faith. I'm willing to bet you've got something brilliant already cooking up in the back of your mind.
