So, how long before I figure out drag and drop Joe Klein flies?

Here's something not at all obvious: open the GIF file again. Now the layers will have timings attached to them in milliseconds. It doesn't really show you that when you're converting a couple of layers to a GIF.

Anyway fiddle with the timing of one of the layers - double-click on the numbers and adjust and hit return - and you can give PedoWalker a GIMP limp.; March 7, 2011 at 12:41 AM
