Mango Fries (almost): Do just like I did here, only leave the broiler on longer at the start before switching to bake mode. These cooked Mango slices came out fine, but the first time I tried it (because I had a mango sitting around getting too ripe), they came out of the oven completely dried out and looking like
french Freedom™ fries. Yet tasting so much better!

*Mango* fries? The Libyan establishment eats mango fries!
That' looks good, Thunder! It's like a tropical paradise in a baking dish!
Uh, when I put 2 and 2 together, I usually come up with 4... are you okay, Thunder?
Et tu, BBBB?
I have to admit your 2nd sentence has left me flummoxed.

Flummoxing you is the last thing on my mind, old chum.
What does this have to do with the "grapefruit" "chupacabra" slander of Hesperide-Americans?
Citrus Lover
trying to get people to get out of the boat, eh thunder?
Bad news. I can't get the other depressed people to share their drugs.
You'd never catch me eating one of those things (I stand for FREEDOM!) but I am amused to note I used to have the same flatware, w/ the "bamboo" handles.
C.L., I sensed the Grapefruit Chupacabra's presence in the produce section where the mangoes were.
I had my camera with me, but the G.C. is a notoriously elusive cryptid!
