Jupiter stops by, says Hi

Tuesday was the night that Jupiter reached its closest distance to Earth in more than a decade. The moon was a little too bright for my camera, but Jupiter is there to the left.

Here's another use for crushed red peppers:

Ok, I see the tuna, mango, spinach, avocado and red peppers, but what is the darkish saucy stuff on it?? Soy sauce? Gacky tuna run-off? Duck fat??

I like all of those items, but I'm not sure how they'd meld together...

Note to self, do not cut up hot peppers before taking contacts out. OOCH!

One of my favorite quick feeds is canned tuna (dolphin safe) cooked with coconut milk and Thai red curry paste. Simple, yet effective... add veggies of choice in an improvisational manner.

That is balsamic vinegar on top of olive oil.

These things all meld together wonderfully. I tried it as an experiment, and now I make this two or three times a week.

Do we have to shred one of your checks to toss in as well?

Just to see if they would bounce?

I'm hoping my checking account will remain un-pilfered, in spite of my reckless picture posting...

That gives the meal a more expensive taste.

So I went out with the binoculars and admired the moons (3 of them visible at the moment).
