I've been messing around with the html table tags to get those seagull pictures to appear correctly. (Idea was to save a little space and page loading time with the 2 x 2 pics.)
But the one thing I haven't been able to get rid of is all the space between the ducks and the table. It wasn't any problem at all at Thers' typepad blog. (Which reminds me, I also meant to switch the duck and seagull statue pics around, as I did over there...)

Randal is such a jerk about music. Only his death metal is any good apparently. I'm still shaking my head that he doesn't like "Shiny Happy People!". I mean really... come on!
Those are some pretty pictures. Love the moth and flower. :)
Alexia, to get the mouseover text, you need to go into Blogger's html-editing mode after you've inserted an image, find the Style part of the HTML describing it, and insert 'title="mouseover title here" '.
This is what it looks like for one of ITTDGY's images -- which I have stolen by typing "cntrl-u" to access the raw page code, and he can't stop me --

Bowling for seagulls! [Sorry I missed Tufnel Day here]
Now look, I like egrets as much as the next guy, but what was so great about the one in that pic? Huh? Huh? Nothing special to see here, folks. Keep moving.

These are gorgeous photos--for me to NOT poop on!
And, seriously, there is NOTHING bout that huge bird on the porch picture I do not love.
Thank you, vs!

And I ran, I ran so goddamn far away.

Oh, you fancy people with your html's and strikethroughs and a hrefs. You so crazy!
Okay, if vs can be all Top40 loving, I am just gonna come out and upvote the Flock of Seagulls.
Laura, my musical tastes aren't that different from Randal's.
Which brings up this question: has anyone played that youtuber yet?
~
Zombie's world is an interesting one where not being a pretentious douche who pretends she knee-jerkingly hates all Top 40 = "Top 40 lovin"
Hmmm how many quackers make a quorum? Judging by some of the meetings I attend, the more the .... better.
Ha.
Love the BIG BIRD.
How do you get the mouseover tags?? Verrry cool.
Hairdos aside, A Flock of Seagulls put out some damn fine music.
That being said, I really hate Mitt Romney's version of "I Ran" (and also his version of "Iran").
How To Waste Time With Your Blog.
People require instructions to do that? Hmph, kids today.

Now I want to take a walk outside on my way to the bowling alley.
Watching bowling - I'm not old enough to want THAT much peace and quiet.
OTOH, I'm thinking THE BIRDS, running from attack birds, and staging a faux band flash mob scene...
Yeah, I need help.
"Laura, my musical tastes aren't that different from Randal's.:
Then I apologize for my rude comment. I'm sorry.

Laura
No need to apologize for telling the truth about Randal, Laura.

I love the color combo of the Clouded Sulphur on those light purple fleurs! Eye candy heaven!

J'egret rien.
Which brings up this question: has anyone played that youtuber yet?
There's only one. Everyone knows there has to be several, so they can be played all at once.
Well, sure, zrm.
But take R.G.'s comment, for instance: "Those guys? Really?"
The question remains...did he mean A Flock of Seagulls, or these guys?
~
At the time that was airing, there was still a straight bowling show on Milwaukee airwaves...
there was still a straight bowling show
Look, get with the times, old people
Nice!
I've been to Sharon Woods down there but not over that way. I'll to check it out next time I go down there to visit the family.
