Carmi's Thematic Photographic 370 is Shopping. This is a Safeway I used to go to in Ashburn, Va. I was in for surprise on my last visit!
Here's another picture from Ashburn in April that I forget to use: Hi, Rory!
I'm also contributing to TexWiscGirl's Good Fences #114. Theda used to live in a house with a cat, so she likes them. But the interest is not often mutual.

Lovely and intriguing photos ~ love the fence post with the great capture of the cat!
Happy Weekend to you ~ ^_^
Another store closing seems all too common.
Rory looks comfy unlike the cat on the fence! Great photo!
Hello to you and Rory. I just heard 5 food stores in our area are closing. Very sad for the workers. Cool shot of the cat on the fence! Happy Thursday, enjoy your day and the weekend ahead!
love the kitty on the fence. :) closing stores are always sad. hope a replacement tenant can be found.
Yeah that would be a bit of a surprise to find the store closed and empty.
Theda is quite a large dog, no wonder that kitty on the fence was leery.
Theda is so bootiful
Rory is just great! Does he let you through the door? And that cat on the fence is a great shot! We've not had big stores closing here. Yet. In fact Lidl is supposed to be coming to add yet another store..
Love the dog although a bit big to step over but the poor cat!!!! Have a wonderful weekend.
That cat looks serious!
Rory would make a good draft excluder. Empty shops seen to grow day by day in our towns and are one of the reasons why I stay away.
Shame the store closed. Love that black cat with the arched back!
last image made me laugh. The cat looks mean :)
Goodness I totally missed Carmi's post! I worked all through the Memorial Weekend plus tried to celebrate (yes another birthday for me) we're getting younger right? ! Then it was off to the cemetery yesterday to visit my father. Time flies far too quickly. Where does it go? Oh and hello Rory!
