Scioto Audubon Metro Park

This is the Scioto Audubon Metro Park. The ponds were created by digging holes and filling them with dirt. This dirt would then be dug up and carted away, to be replaced by fresh dirt. I understand that this is what is known as "environmental remediation".

I've noticed that the adjacent Columbus Police Impound Lot (no reviews yet???) is being torn down.

Apparently this will also be a park. I've been meaning to get over to the Audubon Park for some pictures. Stay tuned!

Impound lot could be the autobahn park.

Which is the metro park that has all of the roses??

In Columbus?

Is there a specific picture you have in mind...Columbus does have plenty of parks, and I've taken pictures in plenty of them.

Of course I could be missing your point entirely, which I will blame on a long week in the office.

:P

Yeah, in Columbus. It was a park I had been to with my sister when she lived there. I just remember it having roses EVERYWHERE.

Are those the roses that Sally goes round?

Entertaining pics. (We like to see things getting busted up.)
