Master Blister Beetle

This is a beetle I found wandering (unhappily) around in the parking lot. I gave he/she/it/Master Blister Beetle a ride to the nearest shrub with a napkin. You can read all about them here.

This is the most beautiful time of year to be in the desert. The flowers are wonderful.

Yes, it was great to be back. I saw a couple more roadrunners, but unfortunately, never got a picture of one.
