Carmi's Thematic Photographic 361 is Mugs. Do we have Irish Wolfhound mugs in the house?
I'm also contributing to Michelle's Nature Notes (#344).
Christmas wolfhound Amelia:
What's this? It's not only Thursday, but the last day of the year already? Here are some pics for TexWiscGirl's Good Fences #93.

BAMBI!!!
Carmi's Thematic Photographic 360 is Signage. I've often wondered how this Exxon stays in business. Their gasoline prices are usually at least 40 cents higher than even the other Exxons not that far away.
I'm also contributing to TexWiscGirl's Good Fences #92. In spite of the fact that it's been warm around here and there's a big mowed field full of grass just down the mountain a bit, BAMBI!!! decided to push the fence protecting the mountain laurels down and munch away.
And here's a rose for Michelle's Nature Notes (#343):
UPDATE: Here's what they looked like in November:

Parallel Nutkins
Carmi's Thematic Photographic 359 is Parallel. Here we have assorted Nutkins posing with fences and wires, which also fit nicely with TexWiscGirl's Good Fences #91:
Can you help too, Theda?
I'm also linking to Michelle's Nature Notes (#342). Plenty of flowering plants and trees are being fooled by our mild start to winter:
P.S. I was going to save this one for next week's fences, but I can't:

December Roses
My contribution to Eileeninmd's Saturday's Critters #104.
I saw this bed of roses saying "to heck with winter!" yesterday. I didn't expect to see any pollinators, but upon closer examination: a hoverfly.

Sing Along
My contribution to TexWiscGirl's Good Fences #90.
These people are ready for Christmas:
It's been a while since I posted a video of Theda singing along with an emergency vehicle's siren.

Wienermobile On The Move
Carmi's Thematic Photographic 358 is Roadside.
I've posted pics of the Wienermobile before, but on Wednesday, December 02, 2015, 3:57:22 PM, I spotted it on the move meself.
I'm also contributing to Michelle's Nature Notes (#341). There is still some color on the trees in Washington, D.C.:
Here's Theda eagerly awaiting her grooming at PetSmart:
Local action:

Orange Orb Weaver
Carmi's Thematic Photographic 357 is Celebration. Here's a Christmas Cactus my sister gave me.
For TexWiscGirl's Good Fences #89, I have this morning glory fence from Columbus just over a month ago:
I'm also contributing to Michelle's Nature Notes (#340). I did not get a great macro of this Marbled Orb Weaver, but I'm putting it up anyways. I've seen them in vanilla and yellow, but this is the orangest one ever! (My sister, for some reason, did not find this spider nearly as spectacular as I did.)
And here are some of the suet feeder fans:
