The Lake:
A thunderstorm came through yesterday, and left much cooler and drier air in its wake. Today, it's sunny, dry, and in the 70s...tonight, the low will be below 50. It feels nice!

It had to be done.

Luverly pics, as always, old chum! Those butterflies sure are cooperative models.
CPA'S they can be a good thing! I would be quite envious of your photo magic today, but I was at the zoo today...and for once say a lot of cool stuff...not always the case, sadly. We even saw dragon-horses and the best thing ever is to stand back and watch and listen to the reaction of adults that have never ever seen them before...you'd think they hit the jackpot!
I love zoos. everywhere we go, we go to the zoo.
Accountant jokes? What's next, had it set for Quayle?
An accountant, the vice president, the veep's hairplugs, and a rabbi walk into a bar.
Here is a cool project I'm totally not telling you to try NOW NOW NOW.

Yes, 841 miles up the street.

good to see you added driftglass to the bogroll, tundra.
Fantastic shot of the lake. Such a lovely blue sky as well. I love the purple flowers and the butterflies are always a favorite of mine.
