Dorrian Commons

Dorrian Commons is a park located adjacent to the Franklin County Annex and across High Street from the main Franklin County office complex, which includes the current Hall of Justice (and until yesterday, the moon catcher). Dorrian Commons almost got eaten as the location for the new Hall of Justice, but was saved by the bell.

The lower stretch of that fountain always strikes me as having too much of an open sewer look to it.

Maybe that's the way stuff was designed back in 1970.

I think they could have made it a bit more amenable for people to sit by and eat lunch, etc.

ZRM?

What's the deal with the interval and the water?

The interval?

Some of those pictures were from before the fountain was turned on a few days ago.

That Stonehenge monument looks like it could be crushed by a dwarf.
