You should market the "No Pooping Or Peeing" garden signs. I'd probably get a gross or two and simply line all my raised veggie, herb and flower beds that every cat in Chatham county seems to think are REALLY big litter boxes.

Everyone is comfortable with bee flies? They look pretty scary.
But they're after the same things the bees and butterflies are.

The silly thing is... few creepy crawlies scare me. I was the kid who was ALWAYS digging around in window wells, seeing what I could find.
But spiders... well, they're a different story.
No pooping and peeing made me think of our sidewalks, which have "Do not spit on the sidewalk" etched into them.
Extra pedantry points if you pronounce it with a long a, "daahl-ya".
Double extra pedantry points if you pronounce "fuchsia" with an 'x' sound, "fuchs-ia".
