Pulled into my garage one evening last week, saw a female Cardinal sitting on one of the snow-shoes hanging on the walls. She wouldn't leave. Kept flying to the top of the garage door then back to the snow-shoe. At one point she landed on a bicycle handlebar and I could see her panting hard. Finally managed to urge her outside—to safety.
