April Goes Out With A Yawn

Carmi's Thematic Photographic 335 is Strange foods we eat. Here's a picture of things in the vegetable/fruit aisle I never buy:

Also, TWG has Good Fences #58 up.

Good Morning, I always enjoy seeing your cute Theda. And the Redburds are pretty. Great fence shots. Happy Friday!

love the picket fence, even if theda's not impressed!

Now Theda must love the Spring weather! Not particularly adventurous when it comes to fruit and veggies either.

Beautiful fence views! Theda is eyeing something too! I took Rusty to a new park and he had to stop and smell every inch of it!

Beautiful redbuds. I love the shot of yawning Theda by the pretty picket fence.

Some very odd fruit there! Though bananas are quite normal over here ;)

Nice fences too!

Starfruit! Aka carambola... I like them, but don't often eat them. They make a pretty garnish when sliced into sections. I love to try out new fruits.

Also, our redbud finally started coming in. I ate a handful of flowers today, along with some of the ubiquitous Japanese knotweed.

You never buy bananas ? I've tried star fruits and all I can say is they look pretty on top of a fruit salad. Expensive decoration tho. Inedible.
