My contribution to TexWiscGirl's Good Fences #52:
The draft for this post has sitting around since January with this picture. I cut that tree up to free the driveway, and then spent the next week shoveling snow out of it a few times.
Another bird picture from back then:
Here's a sky photo from Tuesday:

that sculpture makes me sad! i want to go comfort that girl! :) the squirrel is cute. glad you're not shoveling any more!
The squirrel looks like it feels the way the lady sculpture does b/c it can't get to the feeder.
Unusual sculpture..I'll bet she got a bit cold this winter in the snow! Great that spring is coming, no more snow shoveling.
Is that your driveway??!
That's one h*** of a lot of shoveling! No wonder you have so many birds!
yes unusual sculpture. great fences.
Love the first one, and the benches too :)
First I thought "why is she crying"?
Then I saw that that poor thing ain't got no clothes on. ;)
Have a beautiful day

WooHoo, this was fun, I felt like I was walking along with you. Except of course, I'd probably still be taking shots of that incredible statue. Very nice.
cute squirrel :)
Really nice shots!
The squirrel looks as if it's about to swing around the bars - very gymnastique!
the white painted fence looks very neat :)
Lovely fences, and the birds are also there.
How long did it take you to remove that tree? Most of the trees in my neighborhood have been seriously trimmed. I had a couple of fallen branch close calls with my old car. One time, I missed having a branch cream my car by about ten minutes... there's something to be said about leaving for work early.
cool...and kind of strange fence sculpture. is that a little squirrel sculpture next to her...waving...trying to cheer her up??
love the shot of nutkin...deep in thought.
have a good weekend!
Ohhhhhhhh, good choices/fence shares. And LOVE the sky shot too.
