hey' at least you're keeping seed in your feeders for the hungry little chilly birds! my favorite of those 3 would be the woodpecker. well, the picture of the chickadee is cute...but those woodpeckers!! cool little acrobats sometimes to get at the food!
:)

Those White breasted Nuthatches are gorgeous and so match the snowy scene.

I find the name of your blog interesting...:-)
Visiting from Eileen's party and I see we have some backyard birds in common. It's nice when you can capture more than one species of bird on the feeders at once.
I saw the oh so cute baby toad in your previous post. Before the frogs came to the pond we used to have a few toads around and I loved the baby hoppers that came out of the water. Frogs must be territorial though for the toads are not seen any more.

My little chickadee....

I wish we had nuthatches, and woodpeckers - they seem much more exotic than our birds. But then of course we wouldn't have the ones we do have - except the immigrants, of course...

Well, you know what I mean. I hope.

I would love the view from your deck. I think I could sit there for ours and look out at the trees and watch your birdlife and any other wildlife that came along.

It is fun to see the birds at your feeder, I wish I could attract some woodpeckers again. Your Chickadee and Nuthatch are different species than the ones out here, and I don't get Titmice either, their crests are so cute.
