Live fast, die young. It's the rock 'n' roll way.
He was awesome. As I've said elsewhere, I think his work as a producer will eclipse his work as a drummer. Not only did he produce the early Ramones albums, he produced "Tim" by the Replacements.
The music of my college years, and much after. In fact, the only reason it isn't playing in my car now is the CD wore out.
