NBC4 was on the scene. It was a clear and sunny Saturday, albeit with cool temperatures and winds gusting over 20 miles per hour.
I continue to be amused by our corporate media's insistent complaint that OWS "lacks a coherent message". Our media can't understand the message because they're paid not to. The contrast to their coverage of the Tea Party couldn't be starker.
"It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it!"

P.S. Here's a video from Times Square yesterday.

The other point is there are very wealthy people who have their jobs and more money than ever, and only because we bailed them out and the Administration has declined to prosecute them. ~
I'm sure the local Richie Riches will are hiring backscratchers and palm fanners for below minimum wage and tips, but you all are too good for that kind of work, aren't you.
It's all true. I saw two protesters burn their own debit cards while their girlfriends spit on a veteran banker. Then, right in the street, a bunch of these vermin viciously stomped on a flyer for a Chase Sapphire Preferred Account and set fire to the tattered remains, all the while chanting anti-Semitic slogans right out of the jew bastard Saul Alinsky playbook. Others taunted police by waving checks signed by the jew bastard George Soros. As if this all wasn't bad enough, I personally witnessed several protesters being deliberately vague, and shockingly unclear in their demands, in front of children! Conservative children!
I'm being treated now for PTSD, among other things. ~

Yeah, they failed, but didn't have to pay the price.
I'm so glad you got to go! I'm still pissed that I couldn't because: 1. I lacked the gas $ to get to Atlanta 2. There's no public trans to get me to ATL 3. My husband was worried that if I got pinched and tossed into the pokey, there'd be no bail $$ to get me out 4. I had a kid depending on me to fetch her from football practice
I guess I'll continue to conduct my protest online for now.
Isn't it great when you run into folks that you know? Warms the cockles of my little black heart. I used to see folks I know here in Bako at marches in LA during the reign of Bush43.

Yay, you!
Awesome, well done.
I have also enjoyed people like Jerk O'Reilly yelling that the protesters don't have jobs.
THAT'S KIND OF THE POINT, YOU TURD CHOMPING SEXUAL HARASSER!
Thanks you two.

I like that Sinclair quote.
In that second photo, there is a white box with Kroger on it? what's that, dude?
Kroger is a big grocery chain out here. That's a trash box (a plastic bag goes in there to hold the trash).
