Fences In The Pink

Carmi's Thematic Photographic 309 is In the Pink. And TexWisGirl has Good Fences 26 up. Slow blogging means this is my post for both.

Pretty in pink, indeed. My pick is number two - a pleasing composition/combination.

Happy Friday...

Very cool, a two for one, I like it. Your pink is just so very cheery, especially the widespread pink delights in your first photo! All lovely.

Lots of pretty flowers there. I like the bright geraniums with the dark fencing.

I will now have to go and study all of the many bee-type insects on our sedum and astrantias! Try and differentiate them as they rush about! And is that carpenter bee on what we know here as Toadflax (wikipedia.org/wiki/Linaria_vulgaris)?

What a bank of pink in that first shot. Begonias seem a favourite pink too.

Thanks, people!

Yes, Gilly, that is toadflax. Mostly I see it growing wild as a weed here. The bees like it a lot!
