Carmi's Thematic Photographic 224 is Mellow Yellow.
I was thinking of using this Northern Red Salamander who was out crossing the road yesterday (it was over 70 degrees...perhaps he/she/it/salamander thought it was spring?). But salamander is orange with small black spots, to be truthful.
So...How about a little fire, scarecrows?

Reminded me of some fun we had four years ago.
Those are pretty fine lyrics, mikey.
You might consider returning to the Haus, just for the halibut.

"FRIST!"
...that's a pretty good reason to judge Sadly as having shark-jumped.
Let he/she/it/fish amongst us who hasn't jetskied over a Sharktopus cast the first stonehead, zrm.

Awesome videos- I'll have to come back and replay!
Fire on the mountain has me wanting to warm my hands.
The Dead? What, no Clash?
I'm mellowed out - Yeah.
What, no Clash?
Berkeley Springs is Burning!

Also the Salmonellander could walk through that fire, no worries.
I like that Salamander! I've never seen a "real" one before. Not sure if they are in my part of the world or not. I'll have to Google that. ;)

Wow, I am digging that salamander! I'm partial to the sallies myself.
One of these days, I'm going to leave the house at 4AM to watch the spotted salamander breeding migration... I swear! Laura, the spotted salamander ranges as far north as Nova Scotia. You should have them near your home.
God, he's beautiful! I've never seen a real salamander in person. Gorgeous.
That salamander was ready for his close-up! A very photogenic little guy, eh? Great pictures :)
If I lick his back will I get high?
Sure, mikey.
But you better have a prescription from your doctor...

love the salamander. FIRE on the mountain, perfect!
it's been a loooong time since i've seen one of those little critters. cool!
uh, i'd like an update from 'mikey' if he licks one!
Your "fog in the valley" picture...the trees make a perfect frame. LOVE IT.
This reminds me that I need to satisfy my desire for a bird feeder or four. I think the woodpeckers and blue jays stick around all year long, and they're kinda pretty. DANCE FOR MY AMUSEMENT, BIRDS!
