There was a drugstore on Mission in SF on the southern edge of the tenderloin. There was always a homeless dude passed out in the doorway, while the sign above blinked "Terminal Drugs".
we used to have a black cat, named Corbu. drawing of him on our wall.
One of the interesting things I learned about black cats, is that because of the witch-hunting hysteria, black cats were so decimated by hunting and torture, that even today, almost every black cat you see has some patch of white fur somewhere. Corbu was almost entirely black, with just a few white hairs on his chest.
That looks like a pretty black cat however.
Also, a recent thread at Sadly talked about combining your first pet's name, with the street you grew up on, to arrive at your drag queen name. Mine ends up being King High.

I thought that was how you got your stripper name...
Mine would have been Querida Hillside.

ZRM is right. Taking my child's life in her hands I got her to look at Mrs. Cats fur and there are some white hairs in there.
