Cat Squirrel Spider
A few random photos from October. I'm hoping we have a bit of warming before we head into the long orb season ahead.

Really?
Maybe...

That is just NASTY! No, not the cat... not the squirrel.
If I had been the one taking the picture (no way in hell), that speedra would have gone from mellow to AGGRESSIVE in seconds. It probably already knows I saw its picture and is sprinting across state lines to get here and mess with me...
It's trick photography...the speedra isn't really almost as big as the cat.

It doesn't matter...
Nice puddy tat. Squirrel looks tasty. Spider does whatever it does
If I ever take a picture of a badger, I promise to post it along with pictures of a mushroom and a snake.

How come Squirrel and Spider do not have to wear bells too? DOUBLE STANDARDS.
I know what you mean, S.C.
DOUBLE STANDARDS are FOR THE BIRDS.

Rats, I was hoping this would be a single picture of an unholy hybrid.
was that zoom lens? b/c that spidra looked insanely huge. DO NOT LIKE
I used the macro feature on my Canon A710, Kathleen, and then cropped the picture.
